CBSE Class 10 Board Exams Tips to Attempt Question Paper
Below, we have listed some points that students must take care of while attempting the Class 10 board exam question paper. By following these tips, students will easily score good marks in their exams.
1. Have good presentation skills
While writing the answers, students make sure that their answers are written neat and clean. There should not be many cuts. Students’ handwriting should be understandable. It is found that students tend to write neat and clean in the first 2 pages, and then they start rushing as the time runs, and at the end of the answer sheet, the handwriting becomes so worse that it becomes difficult for the teacher to even read what is written. So, students must try to maintain consistency in presenting their answers throughout the answer sheet. To improve their presentation skills of English, they can solve the CBSE English Sample Paper Class 10. Similarly, they can do this for other subjects as well.
2. Prioritise the sections of the question paper
It’s crucial for students to prioritise their attempts. When they have gone through the question paper at that time, they should make the quick decision of prioritising which section to attempt first. It’s advised to attempt the easy section first, in which students know all the answers. Then they should move to another section. In the end, they should touch on those questions that they are not sure about or find difficult to attempt.
3. Ensure speed and accuracy
While solving the question paper, students must make sure that they are writing the answers with accuracy and in less time duration. Just solving the questions in a rush and not maintaining accuracy will lead to poor scores. So, to improve this, students must practice the quick calculation methods for subjects like maths. Also, they can have some short tricks which they can use for solving mathematical problems quickly.
4. Keep an eye on the watch
While attempting the question paper, it’s crucial that students can finish the entire paper within the allocated time duration. For this, they must keep an eye on the watch after solving each section of the paper. Students can also practise several CBSE Class 10 Science Sample Papers to improve their time management skills. They can do the same for other subjects as well to complete their paper on time.
5. Recheck the answers
When students have completed the question paper and are still left with 5 to 10 minutes, at this time, they should go through their answer sheet. Then they must check properly whether they have answered all the questions or not. In case anything is left by mistakes, then they can complete that.
